Please review the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when buying from Halri.

Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order in the following situations:

Faulty or Defective Items: If your item arrives faulty or stops working properly, send us a photo or video showing the issue within 30 days of receipt. Once reviewed, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice — and you won't need to return the item.

Item Not as Described or No Longer Needed: If you'd like to return an item that isn't faulty, contact us within 30 days of receipt to start the process. Once we receive the item back in its original condition and packaging, we'll issue a full refund. You have 14 days to ship the item back after notifying us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Sale Items: Sale items carry the same refund rights as full-priced items.


Warranty

Halri offers a 9-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

If your item develops a defect within the warranty period, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and your preference.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, drops, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
